When you receive your Rock-It Rack, you’ll find all the components neatly packaged and ready for assembly. Your kit will include:

9/16” ratcheting wrench or socket

We recommend the partial ground assembly method for most people, which simplifies the process.

Preparation: Lay out all pieces and ensure all parts are accounted for. Clear your bed rails of any accessories or tie-downs that might obstruct the installation.
Assemble on the Ground: Lay a pair of pillars and one cross bar on a towel-covered flat surface. Measure the rail-to-rail distance and space the pillars accordingly.
Hand Tighten Hardware: Install and hand-tighten the carriage bolts, washers, and nuts. Place the assembly on the truck and square it up to the bed with a tape measure. Tighten the pillars to the rail fully.
Install Additional Components: Attach runners, side bars, and molle panels. Ensure everything aligns properly and there’s no overlap.
Check and Adjust: Ensure all components and fasteners are flat and straight. Retighten all fasteners.
