Heavy Metal Off-Road Limited Lifetime Warranty 

All products manufactured by Heavy Metal Off-Road, LLC (H.M.O.R.) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, for a LIFETIME of use for the original purchaser. Paint, powder coating, and other coatings are not covered under this Warranty. Damages due to unlawful vehicle operation, lack of product coating (rust), accidental damages, neglect, abuse, automobile accident, improper use, and overloading are not covered under our limited warranty. Off-road, on-road, or parking lot damage such as dents, dings, cosmetic rust and scratches in our products are not covered under this warranty and are considered normal wear and tear. 

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty becomes void when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person or entity. Each manufactured product must be assembled and installed following H.M.O.R. recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any alteration, customization, or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by H.M.O.R. voids all warranty eligibility. Custom fabricated products, products used for racing or competition and products designed to wear down (consumable types) carry no warranty whatsoever and are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” 

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, H.M.O.R. may remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, H.M.O.R. may elect to issue to an original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new H.M.O.R. product.

Warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of H.M.O.R. 

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for any return shipping.  Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. There are no returns on any and all custom fabricated products, electrical items, coil springs, special orders, discontinued products, products that were sold as "Good used item,"  or limited offer items. No returns will be accepted of damaged, used or altered / modified items, or past the 14th day of the original ship date.

Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 5% processing fee, provided the products are standard, off-the-shelf parts.

• If the order contains custom or customized products and production has not yet started, it is subject to a 5% fee.
• If the order contains custom or customized products and production has already begun, it is subject to a 50% fee.
• Custom or customized products that are completed but not yet shipped are not elligible for cancellation or refund.

All returns require prior approval from Heavy Metal Off-Road (H.M.O.R.) and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send any items without one. Unauthorized returns will be held for up to 20 business days; after that, they may be considered abandoned and become the property of H.M.O.R. Approved returns must include the original packaging, a completed Return Form, and a copy of the invoice. Order details can be found by logging into your account at heavymetaloffroad.com under the “My Orders” section.

Your refund amount will be issued to the same method of purchase you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless we made a significant mistake in the order.

Abandoned Property & Storage Policy

Any property, materials, vehicles, components, parts, or equipment left at Heavy Metal Off-Road, LLC (“H.M.O.R.”) — whether by customers, non-customers, contractors, or third parties, are left at the owner’s sole risk.

Items left without a written service agreement, storage agreement, or documented timeline for removal may be subject to storage limitations at H.M.O.R.’s discretion. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, any such property must be retrieved within 20 business days from the date of drop-off, project completion, notification of readiness, or written request for removal (whichever occurs first).

Property not retrieved within that timeframe may be deemed abandoned. Abandoned property may, at H.M.O.R.’s sole discretion, be:

• Returned at the owner’s expense,
  
• Subject to storage or handling fees,
  
• Disposed of,
  
• Sold,
  
• Scrapped, or
  
• Retained as property of H.M.O.R.,

without further notice or liability.

H.M.O.R. assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, corrosion, weather exposure, or deterioration of any abandoned or stored items. H.M.O.R. is not a storage facility and does not provide bailment, custodial, or safekeeping services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

This policy applies equally to unfinished projects, halted projects, declined estimates, personal favors, informal drop-offs, and “temporary” storage arrangements. Verbal agreements or informal understandings do not override this policy.
