Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Expedited options such as 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air are available upon special request. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipping charges must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
If an order is delayed or contains backordered items, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
Customers located in Alaska or Hawaii are responsible for additional shipping fees, as they are outside the contiguous United States. In those cases, Heavy Metal Off-Road will need to adjust shipping costs after an order is placed. If this occurs, a representative will contact you before shipment.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. H.M.O.R. is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Any damage or breakage must be reported directly to the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
Downloadable products are available after checkout and under the “Downloads” tab once you are logged into your account.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After a product has shipped, the Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy will apply.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, sent in the wrong quantity, not what you ordered, that has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, or you have not received a refund for a returned item — please call us immediately at 208-635-5000. In such cases, H.M.O.R. may cover additional shipping costs if the issue is determined to be our responsibility.
