    Customize Your Bed Bars

    Customize your HMOR Bed Bar system during manufacturing with welded options and black powder coating.

    Welded Options

    Accessory panel mounts, light pod mounts, Hi-Lift jack mounts, and the dog leash mount are welded directly to the Bed Bar system before finishing.

    Accessory panel mounts, light pod mounts, and Hi-Lift jack mounts can be welded in a specific location by customer request. Enter the required or desired location in the Order Notes section. If no location is requested, we will use the standard placement below.

    • Bed Bar Welded Accessory Panel Mounts: Sold as a pair. Standard placement is the driver-side front position.
    • Bed Bar Welded Light Pod Mounts: Sold as a pair. Standard placement is on the underside of the rear bar, spaced as far apart as possible along the straight section, just inside the downward bends.
    • Bed Bar Welded Hi-Lift Jack Mounts: Sold as a pair. Standard placement is the passenger side.
    • Bed Bar Welded Dog Leash Mount: Sold individually. Standard placement is the underside of the front bar, and it is Softopper compatible.

    Finish Option

    Powder Coating Black Per Bar is sold per individual bar, so adjust the quantity as needed. Choosing powder coat adds approximately 10-14 business days.

    HMOR Bed Bars for 2015-2022 GMC Canyon are a round-tube system built for clean fitment, real load support, and everyday truck usability without the bulk of a full bed rack. They support rooftop tents, cargo, and practical truck use while keeping the bed usable and the install straightforward.

    CHOOSE YOUR SETUP

    Height: The tall bars give you the most bed room and are designed to sit about one inch over the height of your cab. Medium size typically sit below the third brake light. Short size keeps a roof top tent below the cab level. The Softopper variant is extra wide to accommodate the canopy.

    Number of Bars: A set of 2 is your starting point. A set of 3 better distributes the load on your bed sides and is more capable of mounting more gear.

    Mounting Style: We offer various no-modification, no-drilling mount options.

    MOUNTING AND FITMENT

    Clean no-drill mounting using the OEM Bed Rail System, or the HMOR pinch-clamp setup.

    LOAD RATINGS AND REAL USE

    Evenly distributed loads only. Set of 2: 500 lbs static + dynamic. Set of 3: 750 lbs static + dynamic. Static = vehicle not moving. Dynamic = vehicle in smooth motion. Rough off-road impacts can exceed smooth-motion dynamic conditions. Do not exceed OEM vehicle manufacturer load capacity. Test basis includes CAD-based assessment plus real-world testing and field validation.

    INSTALLATION

    HMOR Bed Bars for 2015-2022 GMC Canyon are designed to assemble and mount using a 9/16 inch wrench or socket. Install requires no drilling using the HMOR no-mod pinch-clamp mounting method. Mounting hardware comprises of 3/8" Grade 5 bolts, washers, nylon locking nuts, and no-mod plates.

    HMOR-manufactured products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Paint, powder coating, and other coatings are not covered. Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, neglect, abuse, modification, transfer to another owner, or racing or competition use is excluded. Warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of HMOR.     Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless special arrangements are made. Expedited options are available upon special request. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is delayed or contains backordered items, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any damage or breakage must be reported directly to the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

    Designed for 2015-2022 GMC Canyon applications. Uses the HMOR no-drill pinch-clamp mounting method. All mounting hardware included. No bed cap or plastic trim trimming is required.
