Bolt-On Round Tube Accessory Mounts HMOR add removable 3/8-inch accessory mounting points to the 1.75-inch outside-diameter round tubing used on HMOR Bed Bars. Included inserts also fit compatible 1.25-, 1.5-, and 2-inch tubing, and every set includes the Allen wrench needed for installation.

HMOR Bed Bars are constructed from 1.75-inch outside-diameter round tubing; use the included 1.75-inch insert for HMOR Bed Bar installations. Additional included inserts fit compatible 1.25-, 1.5-, and 2-inch round tubing. Mounts can be positioned on straight tube sections or compatible radius sections where the clamp and insert seat fully. Four mounts are recommended per HMOR accessory panel. HMOR does not currently publish a load rating for accessory-panel assemblies using these mounts. On three-bar Bed Bar systems using two adjacent accessory panels on the same side, HMOR recommends factory-welded accessory-panel mounts to maintain consistent panel alignment. Bolt-on mounts position the accessory mounting surface approximately 1/2 to 5/8 inch farther from the tube than HMOR factory-welded mounts; avoid mixing mounting styles on the same panel.

Adds removable mounting points directly to the 1.75-inch round tubing used on HMOR Bed Bars, allowing customers to retrofit HMOR accessory panels, add auxiliary lighting, or reposition other light-duty accessories without permanent welded tabs. Included inserts also extend the same HMOR-branded mount to compatible 1.25-, 1.5-, and 2-inch round tubing, while the included Allen wrench makes the clamp hardware ready to install.

Selected quantity of complete HMOR round-tube accessory mounts, interchangeable inserts for 1.25-, 1.5-, 1.75-, and 2-inch round tubing, M5 x 0.8 x 25 mm stainless-steel clamp screws, lock washers, and the Allen wrench needed for installation.

For HMOR Bed Bars, select the included 1.75-inch insert. For other compatible tubing, select the insert matching the tube diameter. Position the insert and clamp on a straight or compatible radius section, making sure the clamp and insert seat fully without rocking. Install the M5 clamp hardware loosely, position and clock the mount as needed, then tighten the clamp evenly with the included Allen wrench. Attach the accessory using compatible 3/8-inch mounting hardware. Recheck clamp and accessory hardware after initial use. For accessory panels, position all mounts loosely and fit the panel without forcing the mounting points into alignment before final tightening.
